A set of illustrations curated for Frankie Gaw, @littlefatboyfrankie.

In 2023, I met Frankie over Read.cv and it's been a rare and delightful experience working with him. We initially created a single image and expanded that to service the creative vision he has. His warm tone and delicious Asian American recipes give him an approachable social media presence, and I was happy to add to that.

Illustrations shown were featured in his "Turning American Classics Asian" series on IG.

Utah Jazz holds a seasonal youth basketball program, Junior Jazz. We endeavored to create a series of new illustrations which became a set of mascots: the Grizzly, the Basketball, the Beehive, the Hoop, the Hand, the Sax, and the Mountain.

As a staff brand designer, I was part of the 2022 visual brand refresh. We wanted to move in a direction that felt timeless, 'ownable', and human. This meant digging into every detail, including adjusting their main orange brand color, and going from Bill.com to BILL. 

My main focus was on their illustration and motion design systems. I created their initial libraries by hand, and focused on translating something handmade to all of BILL's touch points. Then we trained and lead the rollout. I love the work we did their:)
